What’s Ascension MyChart For?

If you go to an Ascension hospital or clinic, you probably got access to MyChart. It’s the patient portal where you can check your medical records, message your doctor, and manage appointments. Ascension uses Epic Systems for their electronic health records, and MyChart is part of that.​

How to Login to Ascension MyChart

To login, go to the Ascension MyChart page: https://wimychart.ascension.org/Ascension Wisconsin

Enter your username and password. If you forgot them, there are links to recover your login info. You might need to verify your email or date of birth.​

Common Login Problems

Forgot Password or Username

Click on the “Forgot password?” or “Forgot username?” links. You’ll need to provide some personal information to reset them. If you can’t reset it online, call the MyChart help desk at 1-844-757-5607.​
